Hy4 Preview Now Available on AI Gateway

Tencent's Hy4 Preview launched today on both Vercel AI Gateway and OpenRouter — same model, two distribution points, zero friction for builders.

Hy4 Preview is Tencent's latest frontier large language model, optimized for reasoning, coding, and complex instruction following. Early benchmarks place it competitively against GPT-4 class models on coding and math tasks.

On Vercel AI Gateway (tencent/hy4-preview): one API key, no Tencent Cloud account, no separate billing. You get automatic provider failover, per-request spend tracking, and full observability traces. Gateway reflects provider pricing with zero markup on inference — no platform fee even on BYOK requests.

On OpenRouter (tencent/hy4-preview): model ID is live as of today. Same pay-as-you-go pricing, standard OpenRouter routing.
